Hi! I am Yorien and I live in Innsbruck, a cozy, Austrian city right in the heart of the Alps. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but moved away in 2025. I guess somewhere in between the incredible mountains, gorgeous weather, infinite hiking opportunities and cute dogs, my heart found its true home.
The Green Path is a personal blog about outdoor adventures, sustainable living, and finding home in the Austrian Alps. And if we get a little bit philosophical, it is also about choosing your own path. I believe there is not only 1 path in life. There are many right ones and they are usually wriggly and the opposite of straight. Do you agree? I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
